Product returns must be processed through an American Elite Wheels authorized dealer or distributor. All wheels must remain in their original packaging and remain unmounted in order to receive credit. If wheels are received and it is evident that they were installed on a tire or were not packaged properly, resulting in damage, credit will not be issued, and the product(s) will be scrapped.
Items marked Discontinued and/or Closeout are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exemptions.
A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any product sent back for a return. An RMA must be provided by an American Elite Wheels sales representative to an authorized dealer and must be processed within 30 days.
All returns are subject to inspection upon their arrival to our warehouse.
American Elite Wheels Limited Warranty
AEW products are warranted to be free from defects in original material for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be processed through an authorized dealer. The warranty detailed below only applies to the original purchaser of a wheel.
The limited warranty covers:
Paint and Chrome finish defects
Structural defects
The limited warranty does not cover:
Surface rust or pitting
Secondary owners of the product. AEW warranty is only applicable to the original owner of the product.
Wheels that have been modified, painted, or powder coated
Damages due to accidental or road conditions
Damages or structural failure in result of excessive abuse including but not limited to on/off-road racing
Wheels mounted on vehicles with an excess load rating. Please refer to our fitment guide (link) for proper guidelines
Warranty requirements:
The invoice from the original purchaser must be included.
Distributors are responsible for shipping cost and proper packaging of products back to the American Elite Wheels warehouse.
All warranty communications and request must be made through authorized dealers. American Elite Wheels staff will not communicate with 3rd party customers.
